COOPER & HUNTER INTERNATIONAL CORP (USA) IS DEVASTATED BY THE TRAGIC INVASION OF UKRAINE

Cooper & Hunter International Corp (USA) is devastated by the tragic invasion of Ukraine and unprovoked military aggression of the Russian Federation against the sovereign state. We stand with all those that are suffering, including our employees and their families and the people of Ukraine. We have decided to suspend all commercial activity in Russia and Belarus with immediate effect. This includes shipments to any of our distributors in these countries and complete ban to all divisions and distributors for the sale of C&H products in Russia and Belarus.

We applaud the bravery of the Ukrainian people defending their homeland and will be working with charity organizations for humanitarian aid in the region.

We will continue to monitor this tragedy and take actions consistent with our company values.
