As announced by Artur Terchiyev, Cooper&Hunter is expanding its Dallas operations from 120,000 sq. ft. to an impressive 270,000 sq. ft. at a brand-new facility located at 300 W. Wintergreen Rd, Hutchins, TX 75141 — just ten minutes from our current site.
This expansion is more than a logistical upgrade. It is a bold declaration of our intent to meet the growing demands of our customers, partners, and technicians nationwide. It reflects our unwavering commitment to invest in more space, more inventory, and more capacity — not just for today’s needs, but for the future of HVAC innovation.
A Facility Built for the Future
Our new headquarters is designed to be a hub of efficiency, education, and empowerment. Highlights include:
- 270,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space — tripling our current footprint
- Residential & Commercial HVAC training lab for hands-on learning and continuous improvement
- Fully stocked parts department and expanded technical support team
- 50 docks, 40 ft. ceilings, and cross-dock configuration for optimized logistics
- Secure gated access on both ends of the property
- Cooper&Hunter systems powering our own climate control — a proud showcase of our technology
- Brand-new construction, completed just 1.5 years ago — and we’ll be the first to move in
- Shared occupancy with a logistics company, ensuring synergy and operational excellence
Operations at the new facility will officially begin in February 2026, with full preparations underway. Until then, Cooper&Hunter will continue serving from our current Dallas location, ensuring a seamless transition for our partners and customers.
