Retail/Commercial Center in Brooklyn, New York, with over 16,822 SF of space trusts in Cooper&Hunter’s commercial VRF line to combat the drastic weather in New York. The building required 5 units from our CHV6 Urban Series which were conveniently placed on the rooftop.

Cooper&Hunter's new office has large open areas lined with individual office spaces. Two 48K Btu/h multi zone systems were the most sufficient solution, with Slim Ducts running to the small offices, bathrooms, and kitchens while Universal Floor & Ceiling units address the open areas.

Multi-zone systems are a great solution for large office spaces. A variety of indoor types are perfectly suited to adapt to different conditions and settings. Omni-directional cassettes work well in large, open spaces, while Mini Floor/Ceiling units and Universal Floor consoles provide a powerful option for directional air flow or supplementary back up. Wall mounts are perfectly quiet and save space in private office rooms and ducts allow one zone to cover large areas like hallways and bathrooms. 

Most importantly, these solutions are highly energy efficient. This Miami office's monthly electric bill decreased by 40% after switching from central air to a multi-zone mini-split system.
